The "Move Your Money" Project

Move Your Money is a grassroots program focused on helping customers move away from large corporate banking institutions, in favor of smaller, local banks. As one of these customer service oriented home-town banks, Community First Bank N.A. supports this movement.

Community First Bank, N.A. was founded in 1904. The bank was then known as the First National Bank of Forest, Ohio. In 1981 the bank opened a branch in the neighboring community of Kenton, Ohio. At that time the bank changed its name to Community First Bank, National Association. The reasoning behind the name was simple. We are a local bank for all our communities.  Community First Bank opened a second full service office serving the Upper Sandusky area in 2002.
