Community First Bank, N.A. offers FREE online banking/bill pay – First-In-Line Banking – to every customer.
It’s FAST! It can only take five minutes to check account balances, transfer money between accounts and pay bills over the internet.
It’s EASY! Online banking/bill pay is the simplest way to get your banking done, anytime! The online bank is always open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a computer with internet access. Once signed up for the service (sign up is easy, too!), perform the following functions from your personal computer: view current account balances and detail, transfer money between accounts online, pay bills online instantly, view detailed payment history, export data into your favorite personal financial management software, and so much more!
It’s SECURE! There is no need to be concerned about conducting transactions online. Community First Bank’s online banking and bill pay service is very secure. We have established sound physical and internal controls within the institution, data processing department, and any related online banking/bill pay area to ensure accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of all information processed online.
Security is controlled by personal user ID and password. Periodic password changes are required by the system allowing you to choose the password at any time on your own. Account numbers are masked. The complete account number will never appear on the computer screen or be transmitted over the internet. “Aliases” or nicknames for your accounts can only be assigned by you.
Each time you login, the connection is automatically converted into a secure internet communications session. All transmissions of web pages and data between our financial institution and your computer are completely encrypted or “scrambled.” Information will be unreadable to any person or group that may try to intercept the transmission. We also use state-of-the-art firewalls to add yet another security measure.

OOPS! – Occasional Overdraft Privilege Service

- Had to “guess” at what transactions a joint owner had made?
- Had a transaction denied or turned down at checkout?
- Had the embarrassment and expense of a returned check?
We cannot promise or guarantee these things will never happen, but what we can do is consider…
OOPS! Occasional Overdraft Privilege Service
Rather than automatically returning unpaid all insufficient funds items that you may have, we will consider, without obligation on our part, payment of your reasonable overdrafts up to your assigned OOPS! Limit.
You do not have to apply for this service, and you do not need to sign any additional documents to activate the service. It is or will be a part of your eligible checking/draft account. If you do not use the OOPS! Service, it costs you NOTHING. If you do use the OOPS!, you WILL be charged our customary fees, and insufficient funds items will be paid.
OOPS! can mean: 1. You avoid high charges from merchants for returned checks; 2. You avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of denied purchases and dishonored checks; 3. Payment of occasional and inadvertent overdrafts up to your assigned OOPS! limit; 4. All you pay is our customary insufficient funds fee of $30.00 per item (Fees will be added to any outstanding overdrafts you may have and will be applied against your OOPS! limit).
To Be Considered – Eligible account types (Personal/Regular Checking, Direct Plus, Golden Plus, Money Tree, and Regular/EZ Business Checking) must have been open for al least thirty (30) days and maintained in good standing. Deposits of at least $400 or more must be made on a consistent basis within each thirty (30) day period. Customer must not be in default on any loan obligation to Community First Bank. Account must not be subject of any legal or administrative order or levy, such as bankruptcy or a tax lien.
This is a discretionary service. You may always OPT-OUT and choose, at any time, to not participate in OOPS! by notifying one of our customer service representatives who will further explain what “opt-out” means. OOPS! is intended as a discretionary courtesy or privilege provided to you from time to time.
