Robert “Bob” Wigle
A member of the Community First lending team, Bob joined the bank in 2002 and brings more than 38 years of banking experience to Community First Bank, N.A. Based in the Forest and
Upper Sandusky offices, Bob serves customers in all aspects of business, agricultural, and consumer lending. Keeping abreast of changes, he attends industry seminars and has completed banking courses through The Ohio State University, Ohio University, and
Kent
State
University. Recently, Bob was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Community First Bank, N.A. Memberships include the BPOE #83 and Moose lodges, the American Legion, and is a lifetime member of HOG (Harley Owners Group). In his spare time, traveling around on his motorcycle with his wife and friends, RV camping, and the love of classic cars keep him busy. Working with customers in a small community bank, Bob enjoys getting to know people in order to better serve their lending needs.
Philip “Phil” Beidelschies
As Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President, Phil brings over 30 years of banking experience to Community First Bank, N.A. A life long
Upper Sandusky area resident, he currently oversees the daily operation of the Upper office, and serves area customers in the agricultural, business, mortgage, and consumer lending area. His focus is providing excellent service to the customers. In many cases, he enjoys working with all generations of families helping them to fulfill their dreams and needs. Phil has attended classes through the American Institute of Banking and other banking schools to update practices and procedures. As a member and officer of the Upper Sandusky Rotary Club, he volunteers for many of their community programs. Away from the bank, Phil is active in church activities, enjoys watching sports and playing with his grandchildren. He looks forward to working with the people of our banking area for all their financial needs.
Thomas “Tom” Myers
Tom currently is the Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager and Loan Officer in the Kenton office. Responsibilities include day to day operations of the office and deposit development in the Kenton area. He also handles the loan collection segment of Community First Bank, N.A. Tom has professionally been involved in banking for over 30 years including having helped his dad at the PCA. A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture graduate of The Ohio State University with a major in Agriculture Economics, Tom places an emphasis on helping customers and future customers understand all lending products. Professionally, memberships and associations include Optimists, the Hardin Co. Chamber & Business Alliance, Square Repair Restructure Committee, and Ag Council. He serves as head of the Kenton Banking Security Program. Tom advises, “Don’t get yourself into something that you won’t be able to complete.”
Jalene R. Kin

Currently serving as the President/Chief Executive Officer and Head of Lending, Jalene brings 27 years of experience to the bank with 17 of those years at Community First Bank, N.A. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking, and the Ohio School of Banking, the Ohio School of Real Estate Lending, the Ohio School of Commercial Lending, Purdue University Agricultural School of Lending, and is a 1993 graduate of Hardin Leadership. Jalene has been an active member of the Kenton Rotary Club since 1997, is currently a member of the Forest Revitalization Committee, and is a past president of The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. When not at the bank, you can find Jalene in the bleachers watching college and high school basketball games.
