STATEMENT ON THE PRIVACY OF CUSTOMERS INFORMATION

Community First Bank, N.A. collects, retains, and uses information about individual customers only when we believe it would be useful (and allowed by law) in administering our business and to provide products, services, and other opportunities to customers. This information is obtained from application information, transaction information, and consumer report information.

We must disclose certain nonpublic personal information about our customers to non-affiliated third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as the company that creates our loan coupon books. Although this disclosure is not subject to the opt out option, we do require that the servicer maintains the confidentiality of the information to at least the same extent that we must maintain and will not use or further disclose the information for any other purpose.

The CFB Mobile App may collect personal information from you or your financial institution, such as your first and last name, address, e-mail, User IDs, telephone number, and social security number when you create an account and use the CFB Mobile App. This information could include your address or contacts where you choose to make them available (e.g. to make P2P (peer to peer) payments using Zelle or other payments functionality). We will collect the financial and transaction information necessary to provide you with the Services, including account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification, verification numbers, and transaction and payment history. This policy covers user privacy, including the usage of location data within the CFB Mobile App.

Community First Bank, N.A. is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards. Additionally, each bank employee is required to follow our bank's code of conduct, which states that all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used by them solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.
