For additional safety & security, we've changed up our debit card activation procedures!
Now, when you call
to activate your debit card, you'll be prompted to set your PIN (personal identification number) as well!
All PIN numbers will be set this way.

Due to a recent increase in fraudulent activity on debit cards, we have put some protections in place.
If a chip reader is not available, you will be required to use a PIN at most locations.
Exceptions to the PIN requirement will be made for restaurants, fast food establishments, and bars. When making a hotel reservation ensure that they have the capabilities of entering a PIN for the transaction.
